In conjunction with our suppliers, Amphenol Spectra-Strip incorporates engineering calculations, material declarations, product certifications, or a combination thereof, to determine the existence and/or concentrations of the substances set forth in this certification. In some cases, materials may be tested for verification. At a minimum, the applicable MSDS sheets will be kept on file.
Amphenol Spectra-Strip certifies the above reference part number(s) conforms to the requirements per Directive 2015/863/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2015, on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. Based on this directive, the following substances are not intentionally added to the product:
The maximum limits based on this directive are 100 PPM for Cadmium, 300 PPM for lead, and 1000 PPM for the remainder of the substances. Amphenol Spectra-Strip claims no exemptions.
